Black walnut wood flooring with multilayer hardwood is one of the best alternatives to traditional hardwood flooring. Unlike laminate flooring which is a composite product, black walnut wood flooring with multilayer hardwood is made up of prefinished hardwood and plywood. This mixture allows black walnut engineered wood flooring to be far less expensive than traditional hardwood flooring, but still have many of its features.
Black walnut engineered wood flooring with multilayer hardwood is durable. This durability comes from the way the flooring is made, with each layer of plywood placed perpendicular to the adjacent layer. There are several layers of plywood sandwiched together like this. This helps each plank to be highly durable, and even lightly moisture resistant.

All of the products will undergo the following tests in our laboratory before sending to the ports :
(1)Abrasion Resistance-To check the abrasion of the finishing
(2)Boiling test-To test if delamination occurred
(3)Environmental Chamber Test-To check if crack or distortion occurred under extreme temperature and humidity
(4)Crosshatch Adhesion Test-To check the surface adhesion level.
(5)Formaldehyde Test-To make sure the formaldehyde emmision is matching the Europe or USA standard.
(6)Moisture content-To check the moisture percentage in the wood.
Trade Terms:
1.Payment terms: 30% deposit,balance before delivery or irrevocable L/C at sight.
2.Price terms: FOB, CFR, CIF all acceptable.
3.Discounts are negotiable according to order.
Shipping & Duties:
For the delivery time,it depends on your quantity,size and colors,like one container usually 30-35days around.
But two containers almost the same,depends on the raw material you choosed.
Or if you choose one color many containers,it also about that time if raw material is ok.
Shipping time is around 30days.
Sample will be arranged within 3 Days upon payment or deposit, from Monday to
Saturday.
