Summary
This product is developed according to GB1354-2008 <wheat>,GB/T21304-2007<wheat hardness testing wheat hardness index method >and so on national and the profession standard. It is mainly using the principle of soft and hard wheat with different anti-machinery smashing intensity, namely: crushing the sample using the characteristic of hard wheat is crushed not easily, but the soft wheat is crushed easily, by the proportion of sample quality on the strainer and total quality figures out the wheat hardness.
The wheat hardness numerical value of this mensuration and the international method of granularity index (PSI Method) with distinct positive linear correlation, the correlation coefficient up to 0.98.
