Hot-Bending glass Ordinary hot bending glass is figured by heating the glass to its intenerating point. Bending toughened glass is produced by heating and then quickly cooling ordinary glass in certain bend radius to improve the surface strength by several times and create safety glass with fixed curves.
Bended glass Features
Aesthetics: without seam gap along curve surfaces, and with good-looking profile lines presenting a whole harmonious conception.
Specificity: can be made into various abnormal curve surfaces as required.
Bended tempered glass
Safety: When broken, it become into alveolate-like granule with obtuse angle, which will not do any serious harm physically.
High strength: with 4-5 times the strength of common glass, in general.
Heat stability: it has a good heat stability which can endure 3 times the temperature of common glass; it can endure a range of 300C degree temperature change.
Application Scope
Apply to top grade building outer decorative projects adopting curve surface structure, such as glass wall, lighting roof, and sightseeing elevator chunnel, rotary restaurand; also apply to interior curve glass partition, glass shield bar, glass decorative cover, furniture, inner decorative doors, and so on.
