Application of UV lamp, UV curing lamp and UV high pressure mercury lamp: the lamps have a spectral range of 350nm-450nm and a peak value of 365nm, which are applicable for surface coating of printing and platemaking, flexible packaging and color printing, furniture industry, decorative materials, paper coating and printed cans and the aging of polymers, and they are also ideal light source for photosensitive flame retardants and photosensitive character inks on semiconductors, printed circuit boards and signs.
Applicable fields:
UV printing: offset, letterpress, flexographic, inkjet, rotary, screen, ink, adhesive, hot melt and non-detachable connected printing.
UV painting: UV varnishing of three-dimensional objects made of plastic, glass and wood such as cd, electronic components such as printed circuit board and resistor, thin film coating, optical conductors, wood & plastic.
UV sterilization: sterilization of food packaging materials, air, packaging film and cocks.
UV bonding: UV light curing of cd, electronic components, display, sensor, glass such as jewelry and furniture, plastic parts, precision machinery components, medical apparatus such as needle and catheter, optical components such as lens and prism & optical conductors.
UV encapsulation: UV light curing in glass industry, medical technology, optical products manufacturing and stone manufacturing and of electronic and mechanical components.
