Producing process
The producing process of sheet glass is improved by Belgian.
1>,The material of sheet glass is melt in the furnace and becomes fluid .
2>,Then the glass fluid clarifies and cools down .
3>,It is pulled up by the lift rollers to the molding pool,with the Colburn process,the glass forms and come into anneals.
4>.After being annealed,the glass cools down and is transfered by conveyor,
5>,at the end of the process ,the glass is cut into small sizes.
Itis applied in the field of photo frame,architecture,and so on.
