Usage:
This machine is mainly used to product cooling tower spray fillings,also to produce kinds of package of vacuum former craft,food,toys,liner inside cookies box,local product,junketing product,etc.
Brife Introduction
Successive Vacuum Forming Machine is a new product designed and researched by ourselves based on the demands of customers at home and abroad.The machine can successively forming with the performances of high automation and high precision of stamp.It is mainly used to form by rolling of fillings,that is the core parts inside the cooling tower.At present,the mould by rolling of fillings at home and abroad adopt plastic absorbing machine or manual stamp,which has defect as follows,
1)Low production efficiency,much wast of materials and poor quality of finished products.And the former product formed by stamp has visible defects on the joints compared with the latter,which complete limite the change of length.
2)Having been formed,the finished products must be size to cut manually.The poor cooling quality will resulted in its uneven size and width.
However, this machine developed by ourselves can make up the above mentioned shortcomings.It can successive and automatic heating,forming,cutting of the width and length.And the finished products complete joints together with the latter,so it is convenient for workers to cut the different length on the same product.

1) It adopts the PLC computer control,has the functions of warning,counting and wrongness showing.
2) Frequency transformer non-pole adjusts the speed and length of electric machine pull flake
3) Adopt advanced screen-touched method,non-contacter adjust,working-state appropriately and show operation rules and basic technique dates
