Characteristics

1. All the transmission axles are passed through the dynamic balance and balance correction.

2. Designed according the high request and the reliable function, the operation of the machine is humanization, can accomplish the setting, correction, implement, replacing and memories function in a shortime, and display with an exact data.

3. All the drive rollers adopt high quality steel materials, hard chrome plating and the surface treated by grinded.

4. The drive gears adopt 40Cr high quality steel, after heat treatment and grinding.

5. The main drive roller adopt keyless connection, decrease the connection gap, guarantee the connection precision.

6. Lubricate oil automatic balance device, which keep the oil level of each unit equal and at the same height.

7. The machine adopt PLC control, with automatic zero and memories function,. (optional: PLC touch screen control)

8. Adopt automatic lead edge feeding, vacuum wind absorbing auxiliary feeding, making the cardboard feed precise.

9. Sides baffles of paper feeding unit adopt electrical control, the back baffle box adopt electrical adjustment, the front baffles space is synchronous manual adjustment.

10. High adjustment of carton box in the slotting unit is controlled by NC electric, creasing and 5 slotting blade linkage synchronously move transversely(optional: PLC system).

11. Die cutting unit adopt Taiwan Max Durable rubber, and rubber cushion roller mechanical hoisting device, which prolong the life of the rubber.

 

 

PAPER FEEDING UNIT

1     Adopt vacuum absorption auxiliary lead edge paper feeding system, the absorption force is adjustable to different cardboard thickness and absorbs the cardboard onto the feeding table, then enters into the printing section smoothly.

2     The position of side baffle is electrically adjustable, the adjustment is prompt, accurate and easy.

3     The upper paper-feeding roller is wrapped DRC and adjustment balance alignment, the lower paper-feeding roller adopt hard chrome plating.

4     Setting production equipment, manual counting is no need.

5     Paper-feeding device (continuous or skipping feeding is optional) can be correctly adjusted by means of trial printing two pieces of cartons, thus reduces the waste of cartons.

6     With brush removing the impurities on the cardboard to improve printing quality. (upper suction dust removal is optional).

7     The function on the control panel are clear and centralized, easy for operation.

 

PRINTING UNIT

1     Applies hanging plate printing system, easy for changing plate, and has pedal switch, easy for plate hanging.

2     With anilox roller plus paper feeding system auto lifting device. (When feeding anilox roller drops, it contacts printing plate; Whereas it stop feeding, anilox roller rises to separate printing plate).

3     The gear after heat treatment for many times, grinding teeth, the tooth surface hardness of HRC 58 to 60 degree.

4     Printing phase controlled by touch screen and can be adjusted within 360 degree in a electric numeral way (can be adjusted when running or stopping).

5     The ink roller uses wearable high-precision rigid chrome anilox roller.

6     The rubber roller is made of steel tube covered with wearable rubber, by special grinding, which is good at ink guiding.

7     The transverse position can be adjusted, with total distance adjustable from right to left being 10mm.

 

DIE CUTTER UNIT

1     Rubber gasket roller pneumatic, photoelectric control, which effectively extend the life of the rubber gasket.

2     Template transverse displacement, adjusted for a total of 20mm.

3     Adjustment range of transverse displacement for die cutting is totally 20mm.

4     Auto displacement control device to adjust rubber, it can prolong usage time of rubber gasket.

5     Replaceable rubber gasket with wearable ability, it is easy to replace operation.

6     Speed difference compensation system ensure die cutting precision.

7     Adopt rubber gasket repaired to prolong the usage of roller and reduce consumption.

 

SLOTTING UNIT

1     The creasing roller, and slotting blade holder move axially, guided by a rolling straight guiding track.

2     Slotting phase using touch screen and be adjusted within 360 degree in electric numeral way (can be adjusted when running or stopping), with auto resetting and can store orders.

3     Carton height can be adjusted by electric synchroniziton.

4     With central blade holder moving, being able to produce large –size 2-piece cartons (special orders).

5     Blade axles, feed axles are fine grinding hard chromium plating.

6     Drilling device is optional according to users’ necessity.

 

STACKING UNIT

1     Installed with safeguard paper-receiving arm which can be operated by hand or automatically, in order to prevent the paper-receiving arm falling down suddenly for the safety of the operating personnel.

2     The rising and descending of the machine tool platform is driven by the powerful chain.

3     With the paperboard’s piling to the higher level the machine tool platform automatically adjusts the tilting high. Lifting and descending the electrical machine. Equipped with the tilting high, the machine tool can keep the fixed position to prevent falling down.

4     The vapour pressure type organization of paper lift, when cardboard stack to a predetermined height, the paper receiving tray will automatically open and catch the paperboard while the paperboards are piled to the planned height.

5     The surface corrugated belt can prevent the sliding of the paperboard.
