Our factory has 12 sets stamping machines arrange from 5T,6.3T,16T,25T,40T,63T,80T,100T, 200T,
and one have 200T hydraulic deep drawing machine.
Our factory can provide welding process in house.
Our factory has our own facility for mold maintenance.
Raw material thickness range: 0.5mm~5mm thickness
Cover normal metal sheet(cold rolling sheet, hot rolling sheet), stainless steel, brass and so on.
Surface treatment: normal plating such as Zinc plating, Nikel plating, Tin plating and so on
E-coating, Painting, Powder coating, Anodizing and so on.
Our engineer team manage from part drawing until shipment and check each step to make
sure the final products are qualified before shipment.
