Our factory has 12 sets stamping machines arrange from 5T,6.3T,16T,25T,40T,63T,80T,100T, 200T, and one have 200T hydraulic deep drawing machine.
Our factory can provide welding process in house.
Our factory has our own facility for mould maintainance.
Raw material thickness range: 0.5mm~5mm thickness
Cover normal matel sheet(cold rolling sheet, hot rolling sheet), stainless steel, brass and so on.
Surface treatment: normal plating such as Zinc plating, Nikel plating, Tin plating and so on
E-coating, Painting, Powder coating, Anodizing and so on.
Our engineer team follow from part drawing until shipment and check each step to make sure the final products are quilified before shipment.

A: Yes ,we can . we can make the production for any quantity you want.
2. Q: How do we control the mold processing?
A: We will send the processing report and mold processing picture every two week to the customer.
3. Q: Is the samples free of charge?
A: Yes, the first trial samples (5-10pcs) is free, and we will send you the samples by DHL, FEDEX or TNT as soon as we finish the first samples.
