MOLDIE with its factory has more than 8 years experience for various stamping/punching/bending/deep drawing parts.
Since 2007, MOLDIE starts exporting various stamping parts to Germany, Spain, Italy, USA and so on.
Our factory has 12 sets stamping machines arrange from 5T,6.3T,16T,25T,40T,63T,80T,100T, 200T, and have 1set 200T hydraulic deep drawing machine.
Our factory can provide welding process and assembling in house.
Our factory has our own facility for mould maintainance.
Raw material thickness range: 0.5mm~5mm thickness
Cover normal matel sheet(cold rolling sheet, hot rolling sheet), stainless steel, brass and so on.
Surface treatment: normal plating such as Zinc plating, Nikel plating, Tin plating and so on
E-coating, Painting, Powder coating, Anodizing and so on.
Our engineer team follow from part drawing until shipment and check each step to make sure the final products are quilified before shipment.
