Product description :
Its main application is to convey granulated solid materials i.e. quantitative feeding of granulated solid materials, and is able to make feeding uniform and improve quality and output of bricks and tiles products. Its models cover KBB650 and KBB800, wherein the numbers of 650 and 800 respectively denote the belt width of the feeder. By adopting the variable-frequency stepless speed regulation technology, it is available in stepless regulation of feeding quantity.

A: please provide daily capacity,the brick size and you want to build a new brick plant or brick making machine only. so we can give the proposal and offer accordingly.
3. Q: How many kinds of brick making machine?
A: In a brick making production line, there are usually 4 processes:
I)Raw materials preparation, includes: box feeder, primary rolling crusher, fine pulverizing rolling crusher and etc.
II)Molding process, includes: extruder, brick cutter and etc.
III)Drying process, includes: drying cars, operation equipment.
IV)Firing process, includes: kiln cars, operation equipment, fans and etc.

II)Guarantee for machinery, materials and equipment supplied under this quotation are valid for a period of 12 months after commissioning or
16 months after delivery whichever is earlier. Warranty shall cover manufacturing defect in material and workmanship but exclude:
a. Daily wear and tear
b.Mishandling or improper operation
c. Incoming power supply fluctuation
d. Consumable and spare parts
