FJL-610/860BZD-A Vacuum Forming Machines are suitable for processing those reeling sheets including PVC, PS, PSP, PP, PET, PP etc. It can be used for producing different specification of plastic containers, suh as disposable fast-food containers, instant noodle bowls, western dinner plates, food packing containers (such as sugar boxes, cake boxes and etc. ), plastic containers for packing articles of daily use, hardware coverings, children's toys and etc.
Character of Construction:
1. This machine has a small size, which makes it easy to operate. In a sense, it is the ideal forming machine to process little amount of plastic materials.
2. Equipped with a remote infrared heater, the temperature can be adjusted slightly so as to get an even temperature.
3. FJL-610/860BZD Series Semi-automatic Vacuum Forming Machine is easy to operate and the cost is lower.
4. Equipped with a high effective cold-water sprayer, this machine can ensure the quality of the forming and accelerate the forming speed.
5. The electronic components of the controlling part, which are manufactured abroad, can semi-automatically control the electric current and makes it easy to operate.
