I. Main Features:
1)It is mainly used to produce different plastic cups, such as ice cream cups, cold/hot drinking cups, yoghurt cups, jelly cups, coffee cup, etc. It could also make some regular shape products, such as bowls, dishes, trays, covers/lids, etc with different moulds.
2) The sheet is driven by pin chain and the pin chain is driven by servomotor. The feeding length could be adjusted by parameter setting through touch screen.
3) The stretching of plug inside of up mould is controlled by servomotor.
4) Mould adopts four pillars to fix the mould.
5 It adopts hydraulic system to drive the movement of the mould.
6) Fill oil automatically to lubricate mechanism movement at certain time.
7) Temperature controller modules to control up and down temperature area.
8) It can finish production at one time through sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting.
9) Stable operation and reliable performance, low noise, high quality.
10) Machine frame adopts square bar to make it. Its lifespan will be longer.
11) The movement of heating oven is controlled by touch screen.
12) Waste sheet winder to collect the waste sheet.
13) Machine frame adpots square steel, machine will more stronger and stable.
14) Its forming sheets as PP, PVC, PS, and PET and other sheet.
