Due to the electrical part with a coil assembly, in through early electric will produce to impede current eddy. Eddy current generation will weaken to start electrical transient voltage, resulting in slow start, will strengthen circuit instantaneous voltage that may spark damage to the circuit. At this point, we need a voltage regulator to protect the normal operation of the circuit.
The Voltage Regulator by adjusting voltage circuit, control circuit and servo motor etc, when the input voltage or load changes, the control circuit for sampling, comparison and amplification, then drive servo motor to rotate, and the pressure regulating carbon brush position change, by automatically adjust the number of turns of the coil, so as to maintain the stability of the output voltage. Larger capacity of the regulator, but also the use of voltage compensation principle.
