PP Spunbond non woven fabric is also called non woven cloth. Our factory has two production lines for it: one is 2.4 meters width, the other is 1.6 meters. The annual output can reach 4000 tons. It is widely used in the industry, agriculture, garment, medical field and car. The advanced equipments ensure the stable quality of products.

The breathable roofing membrane is also called roofing underlay. It is a function film which is laid on the thermal insulation layer. It is applied to the composite outer wall or sloping roof of the wall curtain, profiled steel sheet, steel (wood) structure, masonry and so on. Through the building envelope insulation layer coated on the building to reduce water and air penetration, while also foster the building envelope and indoor humidity can be discharged effectively prevent mold and skeptical of water generated in the wall and roof to ensure insulation material performance of the play, so as to achieve energy efficiency, improve building durability, retaining the role of human settlements. Ke Debang roofing membrane is produced by recyclable and pro-environment material with the method of stitching to compound the high density spun-bond fabric and pp. It is waterproof, high tensile, anti-UV, light weight and easy to be paved.

Composite non-woven fabric is composited of two or several different material. Our factory can produce PE coating composite fabric, aluminum foil coating composite fabric, aluminum foil coating and mesh composite fabric, glue coating fabric and aluminum composite non-woven fabric (soft handle) which is not more than 2.4 meters.

SMS is a joint product of spun-bond and melt-blown with the advantage high mightiness, good filtration, non-adhesive, non-poisonous and so on. It can be widely use in medical area, such as isolation gown, cap, bag, disposable face mask, bedsheet and so on.

3. Medical
Non-woven fabric used for medical and hygiene such as isolation gowns,hats,shoe covers,covering cloth and bandages,face masks,surgical gowns,protective clothing etc.Medical nonwoven fabric as dispoable product,it’s not only convenience,safety and health,but also can effectively prenet the bacterial infections and iatrogenic cross-infection.
