Description of Pressing Machine:
The machine is R&D by ourselves and get a Patent in China. It is constituted by hydraulic pressure system, vibrate system, vacuum system and belt transportation system. After rough slabs (which was distributed by hand) was passed into the machine, it will make the slabs automaticly: material in→vacuumizing→forcing→vibration→discharge pressuer→slabs out.
Performance & Advantage:
- The machine can be operated manually or automatically and easily, the thickness of finished slabs change from 10mm to 50mm, meanwhile, the mould is unnecessary to renew when the thickness of the product is changed, which is easy to operate.
- Vacuum room of the machine is the smallest in the quartz shaping machine, which shortens the time to vacuumize efficiently (about 30s for -0.1MP), the productivity is greatly improved.
- According to the difference in the thickness of plates, the vibrating time can be set freely, generally 1.5-3 minutes is enough.
- Eight groups of vibrating motors adopt synchronous vibration, vibrating power reach to 80T, plate density is sound. It is a shaping equipment with high efficiency and energy saving.
