**Production Description**
Slug Cutter SQT500*300 is mainly used for cutting the material which are extruded from vacuum extruder in certain length .The entire working process is under automatic control of PLC.
Its cutting wires are pneumatically tensioned, and the space between wires can be adjusted according to the requirements of making different products. In order to keep wire sharp, sections flat and service life of wires have been improved. Before cutting, a sensor equipped on the driven shaft of conveyer can detect the speed of material from the extruder to the control center accurately, and the cutting frame is driven to move simultaneously with the extruded material, which ensures the cutting sections to be perpendicular to the bottom surface, and reduce the waste.

A: In a brick making production line, there are usually 4 processes:
Raw materials preparation, includes: box feeder, primary rolling crusher, fine pulverizing rolling crusher and etc.
Molding process, includes: extruder, brick cutter and etc.
Drying process, includes: drying cars, operation equipment.
Firing process, includes: kiln cars, operation equipment, fans and etc.
2. Q: Raw materials for making bricks?
A: Clay, shale, coal gangue, construction waste, city waste, fly ash and etc.
3. Q: What do I need to prepare before building a brick factory?
