Description of Calibration Machine:
This equipment is suitable for surface thickness gauging and processing of man-made stone, granite and quartz stone slabs. High-speed rotation diamond rollers are adopted to carry out the rigidity milling and scraping on the slab surface, which gives the slab a smooth surface and unitary thickness. Accordingly, it helps to increase the grinding output and quality as well as the processing cost.
Performance & Advantage:
- There are 4-8 sets of swaying diamond disc thickness fixed heads for a standard model machine.
- It is installed with new technology and High energy saving grinding head assembly.
- Each calibrating heads are installed in the middle of the beam, it over come the defect of incline problem of the tradition model.
- Each disc calibrating head adopts cylindrical sliding sleeve for up and down moving separately. There is empty middle of the main axis for water cooling.
- Disc calibrating heads adopt swaying bearing, gear casing and frequency control for speed.
- Main transmission adopts cycloidal-pin reducer, frequency control for speed.
- The conveying belt adopts quality PVC flat belt.
