FeSiMgRe Alloy Description
1. Using the advanced smelting craft production the nodulizer product, the organization is compact, the ingredient is stable.
2. Ferro Silicon Magnesium alloy is one of the most important inputs in the manufacturing process of spheroidal graphite iron and find usage in low carbon grades of steel due to their low carbon content.
3. It can improve the purity level of casting water, generating low melting compounds which do not melt in the iron with Arsenic, zinc, lead that impurities of low melting point.
4. Rare-Earth-Mg-Si is a kind of good nodulizer. It has a big mechanical strength, the effect of deoxidization and desulfurization is strong.
Application
1. Improve steel quality, reduce the cost and save aluminum, it is especially applied in continuous casting steel of deoxidizing requirements.
2. It can not only meet the deoxidizing requirements of steelmaking, but also have the performance of desulphurization, in addition have advantages of big specific gravity and strong penetration.
