Silicon Calcium Alloy introduction:
Si-Ca Alloy is an ideal compound deoxidant and desulfurizer. Silicon alloy has a strong compacity of deoxidation, and products after deoxidation could go up and discharge easily. It can also improve the performance of steel, improving the plasticity, toughness and mobility. Currently Si-Ca alloy can replace aluminum in the final deoxidation, which could be applied to high-quality steel, special steel and special alloy production. For example, rail steel, mild steel, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, titanium-based alloys making etc. Si-Ca alloy is also suitable for use as a warming agent in converter steel-making workshop, cast iron inoculant, and the additives in ductile iron production.
