Main Features& Application Scope of Dimmable Ballast
Dimmable Bal asts
is adopt IC Integrated Circuit PWM Chopping Wave technical scheme, it can
be dimmed from 30%-100% linear dimming uninterruptedly.
Dimmable Ballasts have three
types of dimming methods;
-External DC 0-10V linear dimming.
-Three-Wire Control Dimming
-Internal Timing Automatic Dimming ( Timing time can be customized)
Dimmable Ballasts have a various protection
functions, such as it can be itself restarted after
open-circuit protection, output short-circuit ,leakage, overload, overcurrent, etc.

Main Parameters
Scope
-External DC 0-10V Linear Dimming Scope: 30%-100%
-Three-Wire Control Dimming Scope: it can be divided into four segments,30%,40%,70%,100%.
-Internal Timing Automatic Dimming Scope: take any power during from 30% to 100%, 30%,100%, by
an internal timer control converting
- Dimming Ballast Size same with the Common Ballast
Installing Wiring Instruction
External DC 0-10V Dimming( working with 0-10V light modulator)
-External connection DC 0-10V control wire are connected by thin white wire and thin red wire.
-Thin red wire is dimming control power positive electrode
-Thin white wire is dimming control power negative electrode
Dimmable Ballasts can be output 100%-30% power according to outside voltage change, when thin red
wire and thin white wire are between DC 0-10V.
The output power of dimmable ballasts wil be continual linear variation, the lighting to be stable
variation, when the control er changes.
The voltage between of thin red wire and thin white wire cannot be large than 10.5V and less than 0V.
Three-Wires Control
thin red wire, thin blue wire, thin white wire combination connection can be make dimmable ballasts output different
power, dimming scope as fol ows;
-thin red wire useless, thin blue wire useless, thin white wire useless dimmable scope is 30%
- thin red wire useless, thin blue wire connect with thin white wire dimmable scope is 40%
- thin white wire useless, thin red wire connect with thin blue wire dimmable scope is 70%
- thin red wire and thin blue wire and thin white wire connection together dimmable scope is 100%
Automatic Timing Dimming
-Dimming Ballasts Power from 100% smoothly transform into 30%, or any power during between of
30%-100%, timing error 5%.
-If you need to recover 100% output power, turn off the power and restart it.
