container order, and the value should be equal to 2% of the total payment. During the guaranteed period, any of the parts could be replaced upon receipt of your photos for proof. We can also offer training service for your staff at our factory if needed.

2. Front fork: 24 months
3. Gears, bearings: 12 months
4. Handle bar, stem, brakes (excluding brake shoes and pads): 12 months
5. Battery, charger, motor: 12 months
6. Paintwork (excluding deliberate or accidental damage): 24 months
7. Wheel rims, rear rack and kickstand: 6 months
The warranty is only valid within the country the bicycle was purchased. Whereas, it is not valid for normal
wear, misuse or neglect, improperly operation, damage or failure due to accident, parts or accessories not
originally intended or compatible, modification of the frame, fork or other main components.
