Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer, with 20,000 m2 factory, who manufactures all parts of product and assemble final products. Since 1997, we focus on designing & manufacturing sensor sanitary, with over 100 models sensor products.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: 2 years limited warranty on faucet, finish, and electronics (other than batteries) from the date of the original consumer purchase under normal residential use. Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Q: Do you produce OEM product?
A: Yes. It is welcome. We are a leading OEM sensor sanitary product supplier in China. We supply sensor products to 80% of the top 20 sanitary brands in China.
Q: What is your production capacity?
A: 2,000 sets/day, about 600,000 sets/year.
