Product Principle- Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen Device
Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen Device is adding an ultrasonic energy converter on the
separator and filter. This device can make the screen surface superpose ultrahigh
frequency vibration energy, so that it can keep clear of the mesh and achieve the ideal
screen situation. Ultrasonic vibrating sieve is usually used in screening superfine powder
which the ordinary vibration sieve can not solve.

Application

Daliy maintenance:
Before running
(1)to check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage.

After running
(1)clean up the vibration every time you use.
(2)Inspect regularly the mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage
