Principle- Protein Ultrasonic Vibratory Shaker
Protein Ultrasonic Vibratory Shaker is adding an ultrasonic energy converter on the
separator and filter. This device can make the screen surface superpose ultrahigh
frequency vibration energy,so that it can keep clear of the mesh and achieve the ideal
screen situation.Ultrasonic Vibratory Shaker is usually used in screening superfine
powder which the ordinary vibration sieve can not solve.
Feature - Protein Ultrasonic Vibratory Shaker
1.It can solve sieving difficulties such as high adsorption, easy clustering, high static, high
precision, high density, light Specific gravity.
2. Screening precision can raise to 1~100%, the output can be raised to0.5~10 times.
3. It can be used with single layer or multilayer.

Daliy maintenance:
Before running
(1)to check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage.
(2)Each group clamps is locking
Running
(1)notice any abnormal noises
(2)Electric current is stable
(3)Whether the vibration is abnormal
After running
(1)clean up the vibration every time you use.
(2)Inspect regularly the mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage
(3)Whether each part of the vibrating body caused damage due to vibration
(4)Need to add the site to be lubricating oil
