Product Introduction- Ultrasonic Shaker
JZS - AC series Ultrasonic Shaker is that transform 220 v, 50 hz or 110 v, 60 hz power into high frequency electric energy of 36 hz, input ultrasonic transducer, changed it to the 36 to 40 KHZ mechanical vibration, so as to achieve the aim of efficient screening and screen cleaning, makes the ultra micro powder screening very easily.Changed system on the basis of the traditional vibrating screen, bring in a ow amplitude, high frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the screen, to improve the sieving performance of super fine powder. Working principle- Ultrasonic Shaker
The sttached ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the screen, makes the ultra micro powder accept huge ultrasonic acceleration, thus inhibiting adhesion, friction, flat screen and other blocking factors, improve the screening efficiency and screen cleaning efficiency.

Application Range- Ultrasonic Shaker
