PS PLATE TECH SHEET
Long run ps-plate, positive working subtractive, electrochemical grained and anodized on aluminum base of
99.5 alloy AA 1050.
EXPOSURE
Metal halide UV light source is recommended, with 5000Watt light and distance of 100-120cm, the timing 10-
12 seconds to obtain perfect image reproduction and UGRA or Stouffer Scale/grey
scale step 3-4 clear and 10-12 micron lines broken away.
DEVELOPMENT
Developer conductivity min. 70mSmax 110ms, temperature 20-24 Celsius, developer contact time 15-20
seconds. Developer DCTP-2000 at 85mS, 24 Cels. 20 seconds contact time, compatibel with most popular
positive developers.
Storage
It is recomended in the yellow light ,Should avoid of direct sunlight . Stored in dry ,cool,ventilated place ,Tempreature preferably 18-28°C,Humidity below 65%.
Keep away from chemicals.
