Q: How to order samples?

A: You may need to pay for the sample and shipping. Once we get your payment we will arrange the sample delivery in 3 days.

A: Of course we can. But there is an extra charge according to the pattern and colors.

Q: If we decide to move forward with our order what is the next step?

A: You place order first. Then we will send you PI. After you settle the payment by TT or Paypal or Western Union. We will arrange production for you.

Q: What is your normal production lead time for a first order and then for repeat orders?

A:  Normally it takes us 3 days at most for the sample order. For bulk order please contact us directly.

Q: Do you have warranty policy?
