Properties:
(1)Moderate grain
Multilayered complex grain structure is formed on the surface of substrate through electrolysis graining and a series of chemical and electric-chemical methods. The formed grains are fine and full and could reach the multilayered structure to a great degree, which ensures more excellent dot reproduction and quicker ink-water balance.
(2)High resolution
Special ingredients, together with the optimally distributed formular weight of the binding of polymers in the coating of SHP-I offer fine dots with sharp edges and reproduce images with rich tone.
(3)Long run length
Specially selected colophony in the coating of SHP-I significantly increases the press life of the plates.
(4)Excellent hydrophilicity
Hydrophilic treatment is adopted on the basis of oxidization. By this process, quick ink-water balance, low consumption of water are abtained and the time of checking and adjusting of plates during printing is also shortened down. Moreover, normal contaminations at shut-down time during printing are avoided thoroughly.
(5)Excellent chemical resistance
Unique coating recipe offers excellent durability and chemical resistance
(6)Air eduction layer
Electrostatic spray technique is adopted during the production, which helps keep better contact between films and plates. Therefore, shorter vacuuming time and better exposure of flat meshwork are achieved.
