Smart Film, also called Switchable Film, Privacy Film or PDLC Film, is a LCD product, based on the PDLC technique, and two layer soft ITO film as electrodes, its transparency can be adjusted with AC power, and the film can be made into two kinds of film, one is self adhesive film, which can be stick to the existed glass directly, and the other is non self adhesive film, which is usually used as an interlayer between two glass panels, and then process into smart glass.
PDLC film is an intelligent film, a film that can be stick on glass, which can adjust light under electric pressure to switch between transparent and mist, and meet the requirements of glass on penetrability and privacy protection;
Control methods: manual control, light-operated, voice control, temperature control, remote control, remote nets control, or customized.
Accessories:
Control system including a transformer, power supply, a remote, a switch panel, and some wires. The input voltage is AC 110V, 220V, 230V, 240V, the output voltage is AC 70V.
Features:
1. Switch on, transparent; switch off, opaque, which achieves the double requirements of daylighting and privacy.
2. Safety: the fragments will be stick on the film when the glass is crushed. That glass fragments hurt people will never happen.
3. Environmental protection: above 90% infrared and 98% UV can be shielded.

There shall be no water on the glass other than cleaning up it.
The edge of the smart film shall be 1-1.5mm smaller than the glass.
Gloves and dust mask shall be prepared; the installation needs to be conducted in a dustless environment.

Max size: W1200mm*H3000mm
Packing: The smart film can be packaged in rolls. For the roll packing, the film will be rolled around a round hard paper with outer radius of 12 feet, and then put in a paper carton.
