ITO Sensor is made by coating Mo-Al-Mo metal layers and SiO2 layers on single or double sides of ITO Glass according to functional requests, producing the high-tech coated products with special structures through etching ITO and Mo-Al-Mo layers. ITO sensor is the key component of capacitive touch screen.

During the process, some layers will be etched precisely in order to form the special structure of ITO sensor.

Square Resistance:100±10
Surface Hardness:≥3H
Layer Thickness:1500±200A

Thickness: 0.3-1.1mm
Tolerance: ±0.05mm
Size: Customizable at customer’s request.
