1- dual mode constant on and strobe mode
2 strobe mode = 100ms on/off duty cycle for 3000ms, off for 1000ms, return to strobe mode, repeat until power is removed.
2- constant on the first time power is applied after 2 minutes in off mode.
3- operate 8 continuous hours in constant on mode
4- operate 12 continuous hours in strobe mode
5- Must be able to switch between modes at any time.
