1. Are you factory?
Yes, we own two factories. One manufactures in duvet, pillow, top, mattress protector, etc.The other manufactures in waterproof fabric and waterproof mattress protector.
2. What packing is used?
It depends on you. Retail packing or bulk packing all are ok.
3. What is the lead time?
Mostly 30days. It busy season, it would be 40-50days.
4. What is the payment term?
For new customer, we only accept LC, 30% deposit.
5. Which port do you ship?
We ship through shanghai port.
6. How to get a sample?
Samples are usually for free. But you need to pay the postage.
7.What is the MOQ?
Normally 500pcs.
