we knit terry fabric with different weights, laminating with PU,PE or PVC, make finished products, all of these are made in our own factory.

Hospitality waterproof mattress cover
1.Top fabric: cotton terry laminate with TUP film
Terry weight from 100gsm to 200 gsm
Skirt:100% polyester knitted fabric
2.Size:USA size,UK size or as customer"s requirement
3.Packing:pvc bag or as customer"s requirement
4.Delivery:30 days after receipt of L/C or T/T.
It's 80% cotton- 20% polyester terry cloth blend surface that provides comfort and absorbancy. It has a special breathing (polyurethane) film on the back, which allows heat and moisture to breathe through while blocking off besmirch, liquid, bacteria and other hypersusceptibility materials from bed mattress.
Feature:
· Extra soft and very absorbent
· Waterproof, yet breathable - similar to human skin
· Protective against stains such as spills, sweat, bodily fluids, bed wetting
· Effective in preventing dust mites and bacteria from breeding inside the mattress, which are a significant cause of asthma, rhinitis and eczema
· Especially helpful in cases of incontinence
· Machine washable and tumble dry ready
· Durable with the ability to be washed in excess of 50 times
· Able to be sterilized at 65°C/150°F
· Ultra-thin, four-way stretch material does not detract from mattress comfort
