A: Yes,we could offer the sample. And we will deducted three of samples' cost in your order,once you place wholesale order.

A: We have no extra products in stock. So generally it is 10-20 days. Or please contact with our sales, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you accepted customized design?
A: Yes, our design team will meet your reasonable needs with professional and courteous manner, if you order quantity can reach our MOQ (Plug series: 30 unites, Battery series: 50 unites, Others of marquee light : 1set ).
Q:Are your products are safety to use?
A: Yes, All of our products are certificated by CE and ROHS. And we prepared different accessories to meet your local market standards. So our products are safety enough to use.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: (We accept T/T , Western Union, L/C, Paypal ).
Sample order : 100% prepayment.
Wholesale order : 50% of payment in advance ,balance before shippment.
