Air jet loom-SY7000 single pump single nozzle-- this item is weaving simple fabric, the thin density of the fabric, like gauze. it is have single pump gas supply and using main nozzle+swing nozzle+sub nozzle and abnormity lock, and have centralized filling oil(grease)which one using hand or elctic conrol. The biggest advangtage is low cost and high efficiency.
Advantages:
1) Six-bar beating-up mechanism with abundant weft time during wide width weaving to ensure stable weaving.
2) Saving more energy and gas, reducing cost of weaving and ensuring stable weft.
3) As an advanced take-up device in our country, it expands the variety of fabrics(5.9-118.1/cm), easy operation and more precise.
4) Warp tension is determined by tension sensor and amount of let-off is controlled by computer to ensure the precision for amount of let-off and keep warp tension constant.
