Maidilong 500L stainless steel beer fermentation open top stainless steel tank
The features of fermentation tank:
1.made of high quality stainless steel SUS 304
2. 100% TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish.
3.Interior thickness: 3mm, Exterior shell thickness: 2mm, Jacket cooling plate use Miller board.
4.Parts: Stainless steel fittings, manholes, CIP rotate cleaning ball, thermometer, sampling valve.
5.High pressure plastic foam intermediate insulation materials, aesthetics, unique internal structure, easy to clean and automatic fermentation control.
6. Working pressure:3bar ; Structure: Open round.
We will use steel bracket and PE foam to protect the beer equipment well on the sea.
We have many technical brewer ,and provide service of installation and guidance of brewing beer.
They will offer reasonable suggestion and guarantee you can brew good taste beer.
We will help you brew at least 4 kinds different taste beer after installation.

1.Regarding the PLC control ,can it brew by itself?
Yes,you only need throw the malt and hop, then it will brew beer by itself. and the PLC system has CSA certificate.
2.What's the fermenter pressure?
Three bar or you need.
3.What's the guarantee time?
For stainless steel body 3years, other parts 1 year.
