Application range of concrete vibrator :
This machine is widely used in water conservancy and power worksite, high-rise construction, mining, underground buildings and roads, railways, bridges with beams, T-beams and precast plants and other large precast concrete vibration chamber work, thereby reducing the clotting time of concrete, improving the strength, but also can be installed on a variety of vibration devices as a vibrating source.
Product principle of concrete vibrator :
This machine is powered by compressed air while driven. It produces mechanical vibrations by outputting torque, driving mechanism for the planetary rotating movement.
Features of concrete vibrator :
1. It features small size, light weight and easy operation.
2. The frequency and the exciting force are adjustable.
3. It has no danger of explosive in the gas place, meanwhile no influence in harsh environments such as high temperature.
4. It has overload protection, without failure due to overload.

8. No bearing can reduce routine maintenance and avoid bearing wear problems at high speed operating conditions.

2. The only one product in the domestic market, which is made of cast iron casing, makes the amplitude effect better than aluminum products’.
3. Amplitude frequency is adjustable. The exciting force is 1.5 times that of other similar products.
