Brief Introduction
DASION belt type of concrete batching plant consists of material batching, mixing and electric control system, etc, which is automatic intellective concrete mixing equipment, but use small area and easily maintenance.

Mixing system
Adopt YJS series concrete mixer with Italy-tech,which has high efficiency and good mixing quality, scale board and mixing blades adopts high-rigidity and high tenacity wearable alloy steel, to prolong the working life. It can well mix dry concrete, semi-dry concrete, plastic concrete (etc) in certain time.
Aggregate batching machine
PLD Series aggregate batching system is automatic batching equipment used together with concrete mixer,It adopts electric weighing,computer control,digital display,remote control and has the advantages of accurate weighing,high precision batching,strong control performance,easy operated etc.
Aggregate feeding system
Aggregate feeding system adopts Belt Conveyor, can be assembled rainproof and tighten device for belt. Aggregate lifting appliance adopts frequency control, thus providing smooth and reliable operation.
Weighing system
Weighing System includes : Cement Weighing System,Water Weighing System,Additive Weighing System,Fly ash weighing System .
Control system
PC+PLC control system ensures the high simple and reliability, human-based intelligent control facilitates the continuously producing, but with dynamic display panel to make the operator clearly know the operation of each part. Abnormal operation and fault automatic detection, using text, sound, light,alarm, convenient maintenance and troubleshooting. The system can print the report at any time.
Air system
Adopt high quality of air compressor, air pipe and air cylinder, easy installation and maintenance.
Cement system
Adopt separated cement silo and screw conveyor for transportation and installation, well seal performance and long service life.

Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are factory.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q3: What is your payment method?
A: 30% of total price should be paid by T/T as down payment; 70% balance payment should be paid by T/T before delivery.
Q4: How many types of concrete batching plant you have?
A:Two types. We have stationary concrete batching plant and mobile concrete batching plant.
Q5: Is the belt conveyor necessary?
A: No. The discharging height of concrete batching plant is 1m. If your discharging height is higher, the belt conveyor is necessary. It can reach 3.5/3.8/4.0 meters.
Q6: Do you have CE certificate for your concrete batching plant / cement silo?
A: Yes, we have. Both are our patent products, certificated by CE.
