Brief Introduction
DASION Bucket type of concrete mixing plant consists of material batching, mixing and electric control system, etc, which is professional equipment for ready mix concrete production, such as plasticity/dry concrete. DASION concrete mixing plant is widely used in small and medium construction products, road, bridge project, and concrete prefabrication factory.
Working Principle
Concrete batching plant has 4 main parts: Material feeding, Material measurement, Concrete mixing and whole plant control system.The working procedure of automatic control system is:
1.Turn on control software, login to operation interface;
2.Set or access working parameters of concrete production, such as recipe number, concrete grade, slump, total production volume, etc.
3.Start production;
4.The software/PLC will give signal to each part of the plant, to finish the material feeding, measurement, loading into the concrete mixer, mixing and discharging;
5.If there are some problems during production, the software will detect the error and light up alarm lamp on computer screen or indicator display, so that the operator can stop the production till problems solved.
6.Regarding to the material feeding, the various of electric motors, butterfly valves and load cells will work automatically according to digital signal.
Mixing system
Adopt JS series Twin-shaft Concrete Mixer for high quality of mixing effect. Assemble ladder, sidewalk and handrail, easily for worker maintenance.
Cement system
Adopt separated cement silo and screw conveyor for cement storage and feeding, bulk cement pump can be provided based on customers requirement.
Weighing and control system
Adopt new-design of electrical weighing system, can work with computer, SIEMENS PLC, digital display, etc, which will make sure the measurement accurate and timely.
Air system
Adopt high quality of air compressor, air pipe and air cylinder, easy installation and maintenance.
Aggregate feeding system
Adopt bucket (Skip Hopper), also be equipped ladder for worker maintenance or service..
Aggregate Batcher
Adopt PLD series of automatically weighing and discharging machine, reliable quality and long service life.

A: 30% of total price should be paid by T/T as down payment; 70% balance payment should be paid by T/T before delivery.
Q4: How many types of concrete batching plant you have?
A:Two types. We have stationary concrete batching plant and mobile concrete batching plant.
Q5: Is the belt conveyor necessary?
A: No. The discharging height of concrete batching plant is 1m. If your discharging height is higher, the belt conveyor is necessary. It can reach 3.5/3.8/4.0 meters.
Q6: Do you have CE certificate for your concrete batching plant / cement silo?
A: Yes, we have. Both are our patent products, certificated by CE.
