RGF 14-12-5 series glass bottle washing filling and capping three in one glass bottle fruit juice production line is used for filling and capping different kinds of fruit juices, tea and other hot filling liquid. With a few parts changed, the machine can suitable for different shape and volume glass bottle filling.
Characters of equipment
1, With advanced micro-negative pressure filling technology, the filling liquid can be filled into the bottle quickly, steady and accurately.
2, Machine has the beverage feedback system. In the filling process, the air can be fed back separately. Without air contacting, the beverage can be kept away of pollution.
3, In the filling processing, the filling temperature will be controlled under 95 centigrade.
4, The glass bottle bottom lifting design makes the bottle stable during the high speed running. By changing some parts, the whole unit can suitable for different size and shape glass bottle.
5, The new designing bottle bottom lifting parts can reduce the pollution of the bottle. The water spray nozzlescan guarantee the complete washing of the interior of the bottle.
