Introduction of 6,000 PET bottles per hour carbonated beverage filling machine
According to new design conception of PET bottle CSD requirement, BEIERDE Co, LTD designed and launched the lasted PET Bottle Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) filling machine, which can provide a complete and high efficient PET CSD filling processing solution.
(1) Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) filling machine is a specific design which combination of three mechanical part in terms of washing, filling and capping.
(2) This type Carbonated Soft Drink filling machine is applicable for PET bottles. The caps diameter is adapted from 26mm to 32mm. the maximum capacity is 28,000 Bottles per hour.
(3) This Model Carbonated Soft filling machine consists of air conveyor, base conveyor, bottle evaluator and air compressor system.
(4) The concept design considers four factors with regard to ease of operation, ease of cleaning, low cost and good economical.
(5) The advanced OMRON programmable logic controller (PLC) is adopt to control the machine to work automatically.
Description of 6,000 PET bottles per hour carbonated beverage filling machine
(1) The Washing Part
This part is used for washing the inside of the bottle (glass or PET) to ensure achieving the Hygeia standard of local nations.
(2) The Filling Part
The Filling Part is composed of the filling valves, filling tank and some assistant elements. It is the key component of Beer filling machine.
(3) The Capping Part
The capping part is composed of 3 elements of screw head, capping transmission part, cap unscramble.

(1) Filling valve adopts high precision mechanical filling valve, with the character of no bottle no vacuum pumping.
(2) External mechanical valve has no spring or sealing inside, is made of ocr18ni9.
(3) This machine has lubrication system in order to lubricated regularly in time.
(4) The machine has advantages of high efficiency, low noise and a long life cycle.
(5) Wine jar and capping head are driven by electricity to fit different sizes of bottles.
(6) The material height in the tank is controlled by electric probe to assure the precise liquid level.
