Our high shear rotor stator mixer incluing inline mixer and bacth mixer.
Inline high shear mixer is also call mixing pump and could be installed in a pipe line,
Batch high shear mixer is working as a agitator installed into a tank.
Batch high shear mixer is suitable for mixing, Dispersing, Shearing and Homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes. The mixing head is a pair of stainless steel rotor and stator. When the rotor rotate with a high speed (around 2900Rpm), The stator keeps still, Then generate a high shear forces.
Inline high shear mixer has similar work theory with batch high shear mixer, which the rotor and stator work together to generate strong shearing power during speedy running to realize mixing, smashing and emulsion.
Our high shear rotor stator mixer could be applied in Food, Beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Paint& ink industry etc.
