4. Quality Control: Qungang quality control system is thoroughly. Our QC needs to inspection each process during production. Qungang workers of production department need to be trained before become a formal worker and our production equipment needs to be checked or repaired monthly.

Sometimes claim for quality or quantity discrepancy might arise in accident. Qungang will be responsible and deal with these matters actively to satisfy customers requirement.

1. Payment term
We will accept 30% deposit and the balance by T/T before shipment.
2. Samples
Usually, The lead time of samples is about 10 days. If the samples you required are availabel in our warehouse, we will charge no sample fees, but the delivery cost will be paid on your side. If we need to do the new samples for you, we will charge 2 or 3 times sample fees, also the delivery cost will be paid on your side.
3. Different requirements on products.
We will accept the feasible changes on our products as your requirements.
