1. What’s your payment term?
We will accept 30% deposit and the balance by T/T before shipment.
2. Does your company charge the sample fee?
Usually, The lead time of samples is about 10 days. If the samples you required are available in our warehouse, we will charge no sample fees, but the delivery cost will be paid on your side. If we need to do the new samples for you, we will charge 2 or 3 times sample fees, also the delivery cost will be paid on your side. But the cost will be refund if you place an order.
3. Can you accept different requirements on products?
We will accept the feasible changes on our products as your requirements.
4.How about the production capacity of your factory in a month? Monthly capacity?
