Now we are the first and only company who apply rare-earth catalytic combustion technology on infrared burner & heater, this kind of technology could save 10~20% energy than non-catalytic infrared heater.
1.Technical Specification
This infrared ceramic plate is an alternative product for noble metal catalyst .It use rareearth as catalyst, which is with relatively low cost, higher activity than noble metal. What’s more with rare earth catalyst, the surface burning temperature is more stable kept in 900°Cthan noble metal, like platinum. The burning occurs on the covering catalyst and radiate infrared ray, energy transfer can reach 95%. But the common infrared burner, it radiates by heating the ceramic, transfer rate only 80~85%.
So, infrared catalytic ceramic plate will save above 10% energy than other non-catalytic infrared ceramic plate.At the same time, after coated with catalyst,the uselife of ceramic plate is obviously prolonged.
2.Feature
1. Natural gas (NG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fuel gas on high quality ceramic plate which coating catalyst achieve no flame catalytic combustion and heat release.
2. In catalytic combustion process, heat mainly infrared radiation, the efficient way to avoid the loss caused by light and reaching the highest heat energy utilization.
3. Catalytic combustion plate which coating high oxygen storage materials, can guarantee the gas burning fire and burn holes never carbon, the service life of the product is far more than ordinary ceramic plate.
4. High selectivity of combustion catalyst effectively restrain the formation of the poisonous and harmful material, rarely produces NOx, CO and CH pollutants. Catalytic combustion emissions are low, more friendly to environment.
