CNC Log-core Veneer Lathe
Introduction:
CNC log-core veneer lathe is one of the main equipment for plywood production, it belongs to the automatic control log-core mechanical drive veneer lathe.Used for remaining wood core of card shaft rotary cutting machine and small diameter wood.
Working principle:
Through the wood rotating and knife intelligent linear feed complete rotaty cutting purpose, in the process of rotary cutting, the rotate speed of single and double rolller is constant,wood with wood diameter decreases. Knife feed through displacement sensing feedback to frequency converter. Inverter output corresponding hertz making motor run faster,to further make the rotation speed faster and make the knife set fast forward,complete the final cut.

Processing of veneer thickness is uniform and surface smoothing. Reasonable structure, convenient operation and maintenance.The equipment is stable performance, less wearing parts and long service life. To save timber resources.
