• Bimetal valves are used in critical application where thermal loads are high. Making the valve stem from magnetic, more economical material and valve head from non-magnetic but more expensive material allows us to strike the optimum combination of high performance valves at competitive prices.
• Nitrated to increase performance of exhaust valves that undergo high thermal loads due to high exhaust gas temperatures.
• Chrome plated valve stem to increase the wear resistance due to friction against valve guide.
• Stellited valve seat to get high hot hardness at the seat for heavy duty applications.
