Garlic Root Cutting Machine|Garlic Root Cutter
This machine is configurated with circular knife with high cutting speed. The blades will not produce fever and without any damage to the garlic. After cutting, the garlic root will be concave circular arc. The root will be moreved clearly and the efficiency is high.
1, Working procedure:
The conveyor will send the garlics to the blades , then the blades will cut the root out quickly and completely.
2, Adjustment of cutting depth the garlic root
There is one Blades Adjuster on this machine. Before cutting, adjust the Blades Adjuster to be well according to your cutting requirement, the machine can control the cutting depth automatic druing the next working procedure.
3. The size of the garlic
There are three grades of garlic.
The diameter of garlic is smaller than 40mm, we called it small size garlic. When feeding garlic, we can use small size garlic conveyor.
The diameter of garlic is between 40mm and 55mm, we call them to be Normal Size Garlic. We can use the normal size garlic conveyor to feed the garlic.
The diameter of garlic is bigger than 55mm, we call them to be Big Size Garlic. We need to use the big size garlic conveyor to feed this kind of garlic.
4,When you cut the garlics with same grade, no matter how bigger or smaller it is, the machine can recognize and cut the garlic root automatically according to their size .
