Karan Exports has developed an extensive range of liner-piston kit sets for agricultural and heavy duty applications. Using cylinder liners manufactured at our plant and piston and piston rings manufactured by our trusted vendors in close cooperation with us, we provide the complete engine kit set solution to our customer globally. This results in substantial saving of time and labour costs for our customers, who can concentrate on marketing the products instead of engaging in activities like testing and repackaging that are necessary if they were to buy individual components and put the kits sets together at their facilities.

Karan Exports custom pistons are manufactured from high quality aluminum alloy as per International Standards. Accuracy is maintained in all fronts:- Weight, dimensions, raw material to provide best working and reduced friction and non expansion of custom pistons.

Pistons are mostly made from Eutectic Aluminum Silicon alloy with excellent properties as low thermal expansion coefficient duty heat treated after casting for proper microstructure and hardness 70-80 hrb to achieve good mechanical properties to work in hot conditions. Pistons are machined with close tolerances as per requirements.

Our cylinder pistons are designed to carry tremendous power, can withstand high temperature and pressure and give excellent stroke and thrust.
